Punch Duel — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026. Punch Duel was previously published as MOBA-FIT; this policy covers the app under both names.

Punch Duel is a one-on-one punching game for Meta Horizon devices, played against the computer or against other people online. This policy explains what the game collects, why, who it goes to, and how to have it deleted. It is written to be read rather than to cover us, so it describes what the software actually does.

1. What we collect

DataWhere it comes fromWhy
Your Meta user ID The Meta Horizon platform, when you launch the game To tell players apart, to pair you with an opponent, and as the key your ranked record is kept under.
Your Meta username (your handle) The Meta Horizon platform Shown to your opponent on the scoreboard during an online match, and on the public Top 500 ranked leaderboard if you play ranked matches.
Your ranked record: rating, wins, losses, and the results of your ranked matches The game, when a ranked match ends To keep your rating, pair you with players of similar skill, and show the Top 500 leaderboard. Only ranked matches are recorded; casual and private matches are not.
In-match head and hand positions Your headset, while an online match is running So your opponent sees your body, your punches and where you are looking. This is the ordinary traffic of any multiplayer game.
Your IP address The network connection itself Unavoidable in order to send data back to your headset. It appears in the game server's operational logs.
We do not collect your real name. Meta offers apps both a display name and a username. Punch Duel deliberately reads only the username — the handle you chose — and never the display name, which on many accounts is a person's legal name.

There is no voice or text chat in Punch Duel, and the game does not use your microphone. We do not collect your email address, your friends list, your date of birth, your payment details, or any camera, hand-tracking, or room-scanning data. The game shows no advertising and contains no advertising or analytics software.

2. How your data is used

Everything listed above is used for one purpose: running the game you chose to play. Specifically, to pair you with an opponent, to show you to that opponent, to keep the match consistent between the two headsets, and to keep the ranked ladder and its leaderboard.

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing. We do not build a profile of you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone, and we will not do so in the future.

3. Who it is shared with

Your opponent. In an online match your username, rating and in-match movement are shown to the person you are playing.

Everyone who opens the leaderboard. If you play ranked matches, your username, rating, wins and losses can appear on the Top 500 board, which any player of the game can view.

Blocking. If you have blocked someone on Meta, you are never paired with them in a casual or private match. In a ranked match you can still be paired, but their name is hidden from you.

Our game server. Match traffic passes through a server we rent in order to connect players to one another, and the ranked records are stored there. It is operated on our behalf by:

ProviderRoleLocation
Hetzner Online GmbH Hosting provider for the game server. They supply the machine; they do not use the data for their own purposes. Server located in Oregon, United States. Hetzner is headquartered in Germany.

Nobody else. There are no analytics providers, no advertising networks, and no data brokers involved in this game.

4. How long we keep it

Your in-match movement exists only for the duration of the match and is held in the server's memory, not written to disk. When the match ends or you disconnect, it is gone.

Two things persist longer:

Your progress against the computer is stored on your own headset only, and is removed when you uninstall the game.

5. Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your data at any time, wherever in the world you live, and it is free. We will never charge a fee for a deletion request.

Email binarytendermusic@gmail.com with the subject line Delete my data, telling us the Meta username you play under. We will delete everything associated with you, including your ranked record, and confirm by reply within 30 days.

You may also ask what data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, using the same address. You do not need to give a reason for any of these requests.

6. Children

Punch Duel is rated for teens and adults (13+, or the applicable age in your region) and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us at the address above and we will delete it.

7. Security

Match traffic travels between your headset and our server. The server accepts messages only from players holding a valid session, and rejects malformed or out-of-range messages. A ranked result is only counted when both players' games report the same outcome. Administrative access to the server itself is restricted to the developer by key-based authentication.

8. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect or who we share it with, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, tell players inside the game. This page is always the current version.

9. Who is responsible, and how to reach us

Punch Duel is developed and operated by TNTSJ, located in the United States, which is the entity responsible for the data described here (in some regions, the "data controller").
